Nel prezzo sono inclusi: TV satellitare in ogni
appartamento, pulizie, riscaldamento, luce, acqua, tasse,
culla per bambini a richiesta, lenzuola e asciugamani, ampio
parcheggio interno ed esterno alla struttura, piscina,
ombrelloni, sdraio, rimessaggio bici e surf vicino
all’appartamento. Extra da pagare: per animali di piccola
taglia si chiedono € 9,00 al giorno.
Arrivo: dalle ore 15.00 alle 20.00 (per
eventuali ritardi avvertire telefonicamente il
0039-338-2274685 entro le ore 21.00).
Partenza: entro le ore 10.00.
Cauzione: Euro 50,00.

Im Preis sind folgende Dienstleistungen
inbegriffen: SAT TV in jeder Wohnung, Reinigung, Heizung,
Licht, Wasser, Steuern, Kinderbett auf Anfrage, Bettwäsche,
Handtücher, abgeschlossener Parkplatz, Abstellraum für Bikes &
Surfmaterial in der Nähe der Wohnung, Benutzung des
Swimmingpools, Liegestühle und Sonnenschirm. Extra zu
bezahlen: Kleine Haustiere sind auf Anfrage gestattet und
dafür müssen € 9,00 pro Tag entrichtet werden.
Anreise: von 15.00 Uhr bis 20.00 (sollten Sie
später als 20.00 Uhr ankommen, bitten wir, innerhalb 21.00 Uhr
die Nummer 0039-338-2274685 anzurufen).
Abreise: Die Wohnung muss bis 10.00 Uhr frei
sein.
Kaution: Euro 50,00.

The price is including the following services:
TV-sat in each apartment, clean, heat, electrics, water,
taxes, crib if request, linen and towels, parking inside and
outside the residence, deposit for bike and surf equipment
near the apartment, swimming-pool, deck-chairs and garden
umbrella. Extras to pay: we accept small pets against payment
of € 9,00 per day.
