Il Residence si trova in una conca naturale riparata dalle
verdi montagne che costituiscono quell' irripetibile paesaggio
caratteristico del nord del Lago di Garda. Lo stabile storico
del 1898 completamente restaurato nel 1980 è
direttamente a lago e offre la vera immagine di Riva del Garda
in tutta la sua bellezza. Si trova a 600 m di fronte al centro storico
della città, al quale si arriva anche percorrendo il
lungolago.
Dietro
il Residence la rinomata vecchia strada del Ponale,
bellissima da percorrere con mountain bike o a piedi.

vollkommen restauriert im Jahre 1980 (mit Lift) befindet sich direkt am
See in einzigartiger, ruhiger Lage und bietet den vollen
Ausblick auf die Stadt Riva in ihrer ganzen Schoenheit, die
600 m entfernt auch zu Fuss laengs des Ufers erreichbar ist.
Hinter uns befindet sich die alte Ponalestrasse, ein idealer
Ausgangspunkt fuer Biker und Wanderer!

The Residence is situated in a natural bay surrounded with
green mountains witch imprint the landscape of the northern
Garda Lake. The historic house, built in the 1898 and totally
restored in the 1980, is situated directly on the shore of the
lake in singular and quiet position and offers a total view on
the beauty of Riva del Garda within easy walking distance of
600 m along the shore. Behind the Residence you find the old
Ponale Street, an ideal start for mountain - bikers and
hikers! The street is closed for traffic and you can visit the
forts from the first World War. In immediate proximity you
find climbing tours for inspired climbers!

Tutti gli appartamenti sono direttamente sul lago, hanno
ca 22 mq e sono completamente attrezzati (pentole,
lenzuola, asciugamani e telefono, TV, frigo). Composti: camera da
letto matrimoniale, bagno - doccia e cucinotto con
divanoletto offrono spazio per 3 persone e sono
ampliabili con porta intercomunicante per 4 - 6 persone.
Il terrazzo - pontile davanti all' appartamento è
dotato di tavolo, sedie e sdraio, ombrellone, per ogni
appartemento. Il
Residence è fornito di piscina (10.00 x 5.00 x 1.50),
accesso a lago, boe di ormeggio, deposito
mountain-bike, surf, ascensore e parcheggi.
Alle Wohnungen sind mit
Seeblick, sind ca. 22 m2 gross und komplett ausgestattet
mit Geschirr, Leintuechern und Badetuechern. Sie sind
aus einem Doppelbettzimmer mit Telefon, Kühlraum, Tv. Einem Bad mit
Dusche und einer kleinen Kueche mit einer zusaetzlichen
Schlafgelegenheit fuer eine Person bzw. |

Kinder zusammengesetzt und koennen durch eine
Zwischentuer fuer 4 - 6 Personen erweitert werden. Auf
dem Bootssteg vor der Wohnung hat jeder einen Tisch mit
Stuehlen und Liegestuehlen.
Das Residence ist ausserdem ausgestattet mit Schwimmbad
(10.00 x 5.00 x 1.50), direktem Zugang zum See,
Anlegebojen fuer Boote, Abstellraum fuer Mountain-Bike
und Surf, Lift und einen unbewachten Parkplatz.
