Choose here the best Bed & Breakfast facilities of Riva del Garda for a different kind of holiday experience on Lake Garda.
Riva del Garda was a Roman colony, as testified by the numerous archaeological findings. Consequently, the town was dominated by the Scaliger, Visconti families and the Republic of Venice. The latter was responsible for the construction of the Bastione, built in early 1500. Other symbolic buildings of the town are the Rocca, a fortress surrounded by a canal with a drawbridge, and the Apponale Tower overlooking the harbour, mentioned by the writer Franz Kafka who spent some time in Riva del Garda.
