Casa Irina è situata in zona tranquilla, in mezzo al verde, a 800  metri dal lago e a 200 metri dal centro. Circondata da un grande giardino, dove si può prendere il sole (e parcheggiare l’auto). Gli appartamenti sono al pianterreno e vi si accede attraverso scale esterne, direttamente dal giardino. Il balcone è arredato e vi è possibile consumare i pasti. Gli appartamenti, 50 mq, nuovi e modernamente arredati, sono composti da: una camera a 2 letti, dove è possibile aggiungere un terzo letto singolo; un soggiorno con blocco cucina, tv-sat e divano letto; un bagno con doccia. Gli ospiti possono usare il giardino; è a loro disposizione un posto macchina per ciascun appartamento (protetto da cancello automatico) e un garage custodito per le bici.
 

Casa Irina, das entfernt 800 mt vom See und 200 mt vom Zentrum, liegt sehr ruhig, mitten in Grünen. In dem, um das Haus liegendem Garten, kann man sich sonnen und das Auto parken. Jedes Appartament hat eine Terrasse mit Tisch  und Stühle, und liegt im EG direkt mit dem Garten verbunden.
Das 50, -qm Grosse Wohnung, ganz neu, ist wie folgt auf geteilt:
1 Schlafzimmer mit 2 Einzelbett; hier möglich ist 1 Extra Bett aufzustellen.
1 Wohnzimmer mit Küchenzeite, und mit dem Schlafsofa für 2 Personen, und TV-sat.
1 Badzimmer mit Dusche. Für unseren Gästen gibt es auch ein Garten, parkplätze mit automatischem Tor und eine Garage für Fahrräder.
 

Casa Irina, is situated 800m from the lake and 200m from the town centre. It is located in a quiet residential area; we have a garden surrounding the house, where you can sunbathe and there is ample parking for cars. The brand new apartments are 50 sq m and include:
1 bedroom with two single beds, and space for a third bed;
1 living room with a well-equipped cooking area, TV-sat and a pull-out double bed;
1 bathroom with a shower.
The entrance to the apartment is directly from the garden where there is a private balcony with table and chairs where you can eat. The guests can use our garden, a secure gated parking area and a garage for bikes.
